John 4: 43-54 “Go, your son will live”
Jesus whose words draw near and send away,
The royal official came to you in great need and you said “Go”, trust in me, that my words will bring healing and wholeness.
Help us to trust in your eternal word so we too can return to our places of brokenness, confident in the promise of healing and wholeness.
Because without the courage to leave, the courage to trust, we will remain in this wilderness and never start on the long journey home.
Amen.
